ToggleWHAT HAPPENED?
Arsenal posted on social media a stat about star winger Saka having scored or assisted against every single opposition he has faced in the Premier League. While the stat was accurate, the post claimed that the 22-year-old was the only player to do so. Manchester City quickly clapped back at the post, posting their own stat of Erling Haaland having scored against every team he has faced in the English top flight. Arsenal's post quickly received a community note that corrected the stat by stating that Haaland and former Tottenham striker Harry Kane had also done the same. The Gunners' social media team quickly deleted the post after the outrage.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
The north London side later corrected their mistake and posted the stat with the statement that he was the only Arsenal player to have done so. Saka has scored or assisted against all 25 sides he has faced in the Premier League so far. Haaland has done so against 22 different sides, while Kane has done the same against 32 teams.
